We contact both companies and private persons in sales and marketing on account of our partners. Our job is to contact our partners existing customers to inform them about our partners products, services and special offers.
Have we called you even though you are registered in the NIX-register?
As a rule, we do not call people registered in NIX, a register for those who wish not to receive phone calls in connection with marketing, sales or information collection. If you are registered in NIX and we have still called you it is usually because you are a customer, or have recently been a customer or one of our partners. Have you answered a call from us and there was no one there? Please let us know if this happens!
Even though we use very modern technology that rarely experiences any problems, sometimes technical problems can occur in the phone network or the system.
We handle a very large volume of phone calls in a year, and sometimes this large volume sometimes means that so called “silent calls” slip through, which are calls that are forwarded but there is no one available at Viafone to take the call.
It is very unfortunate that this sometimes happens, and usually there is nothing we can do to prevent it from happening. If this does happen, we would be very grateful if you let us know. Send an e-mail with your name, phone number and a short description of what happened to: email@example.com. We will then trouble shoot our system and fix the problem to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
